Do you want to be a part of the parade fun?  You can play a very important role by volunteering during the 2011 Frisco Community Parade. We need dozens of people to help make the event a success.

To register, go online to www.friscotexas.gov/volunteer. Click on the link for ‘my volunteer page’. Create a password and then fill out the online registration. Please note, all volunteers who are 18 years of age and older are subject to a background screening.

For more information see the contact information below. Anyone currently registered with the city’s Municipal Volunteer Program (MVP), can simply contact the volunteer coordinator to express an interest in volunteering for the Community Parade.

Parade Day Information:

Date: Saturday, November 12
Parade Start: 11:00 a.m.
Parade End:   12:30 p.m. (approximate)
Volunteer Arrival: 8:30 a.m.
Staging Area: southeast corner of Pizza Hut Park
Parade Route: east on Main Street from Pizza Hut Park to downtown Frisco
