Waiver and Indemnification

By submitting the form, the Applicant: (1) represents and warrants that they have the authority to sign for any and all persons and organizations listed on this application (the “Entrants”); (2) waives for themselves, the Entrants, and all heirs and successors in interest, any and all claims against the City of Frisco, Frisco Independent School District and Frisco Chamber of Commerce, their respective officers, board members, agents, sponsors, and employees for any loss and/or injury that may result directly or indirectly from the Applicant’s and/or Entrants’ participation in the 2010 Community Parade; and (3) indemnifies and holds harmless the City of Frisco, Frisco Independent School District and Frisco Chamber of Commerce, their respective officers, board members, agents, sponsors and employees from any and all claims (including third party claims), lawsuits, losses, damages or expenses due to bodily injury or property damage arising directly or indirectly out of the Applicant’s and/or Entrants’ participation in the City of Frisco’s 2010 Community Parade.

Licensed Required

By submitting the form, the Applicant and Entrant(s’) represent and warrant that all drivers, who will be participating in the 2011 Community Parade pursuant to this Application, are currently and validly licensed and insured in the State of Texas. –>
